We helped them develop a new brand strategy, voice, and identity—one that clarified their vision, amplified their values, and connected with a broader audience in a more human way. To bring this identity to life, we worked closely and collaboratively with the Zapier team, exploring a broad range of possibilities together, refining what resonated most, and ultimately converging on the right elements to shape the new Zapier brand.
