NicelandsOverview:Nicelands is a personal book project documenting a journey through Iceland and the fjords of Norway, shaped by long drives, hikes, camping, weather, quiet landscapes, and the kind of encounters that only happen when a trip is allowed to unfold on its own terms.

The work is less about photography in a formal sense, and more about paying attention. I never really thought of myself as a photographer, and maybe that made the process feel freer. There was no need to force a story or arrive with a fixed point of view. We were simply inside the experience, moving through it, letting the place set the pace.

What emerged is a book about distance, texture, and being small inside a very large landscape. A record of northern places seen closely and intuitively, where the images follow the feeling of the journey rather than the other way around.
